Benefit as a Cafeteria 125 Plan

Section 125 cafeteria plans are legal and fully permited in Colorado, enabling employees to pay for qualified benefits (e.g., health insurance, FSAs) with pre-tax dollars, reducing taxable income. These plans must strictly adhere to federal IRS regulations, including having a written plan document, nondiscrimination testing, and specific qualifying event rules for changes.  

These plans have historically been available for only large business.  VR Health makes this available now to any business with 10 or more employees!  

AS A MEMBER YOU ALREADY QUALIFY FOR THIS BENEFIT!

If you have 10 or more employees use the calculator below to find out how much you can save using this benefit as a Cafeteria 125 plan.  If you have fewer than 10, you cannot access the plan with the tax savings approach but you CAN access the benefit for $40 a month.  You decide if you pay for it, have your employees able to purchase it or split it somehow as a partial benefit.  Eitjer way we know, they will LOVE it!
