Training/Program Tracker

This training tracker took us about 25 hours to develop.  We think it's time for everyone to stop reinventing the wheel.  This product comes with a worksheet for your new staff member to track their training completion dates on.  As soon as they finish the assigned sections based on their role, they scan the QR code on the flyer and enter the dates into your spreadsheet.  The fields in the spreadsheet will change colors when it's a month before expiration for any training or critical paperwork (ie., background checks that expire every 5 years).  It's simple and it is going to save a Director about 2 hours a month of manual tracking time!   Also, the tracker includes access to all of the posting required forms, etc. from CDEC.  Need a flag removal?   It's there!  Need an asthma medication plan form?  It's there!  Need to know who on your staff is short on their 15 hours of training?  It's there!

CO Pyramid - Training of Special Recognition

CO Pyramid will be starting in August of 2025.  Peggy Ferguson will facilitate the training through our partner, ECEA Bright Foundation.   The Pyramid Model is a collaborative professional development system that fosters and sustains evidenced-based practices to support the social-emotional development and inclusion of children. The Colorado Pyramid Model Training is a 50-hour training series that supports early educators to recognize and reduce challenging behaviors in children while increasing positive behaviors. It also reduces stress, burnout, and turnover among existing early childhood educators and staff, keeping child care facilities open and operating. Important:● Please review Attendance Policy before signing up for this training.● To participate in this training, you must have an account in the Professional Development Information System (PDIS). For instructions on how to create a free PDIS account, click here. ECEA members (only) get a guarantee. If your staff quits during training you get a credit to use with another staff within the year. No refunds, only credits.

This handbook has everything required by CDEC Licensing, UPK regulations and new 2025 statute requirements.  When you purchase the download you will receive an email that provides you with a link to our handbook customization form.  We will then make adjustments to the template and then send you an editable pdf that you can use for and modify for your program!
