If you don't hear back within 24 hours something got missed...reach out again!  We hold member responsiveness as one of our highest priorities.

With this Kajabi platform we are able to automate some of our processes, making more time available to better serve our members!  We've automated the membership certificate.  

• Go to your library in your account
• Find the "training" for your membership level
• Complete the training.  It's an overview of what your benefits are at your membership level.  It also asks some questions about you and what you want to engage in.  That flags your account so that we can find you easier!  When you've completed the entire training (2 minutes or so total) the last step is that you will be emailed a membership certificate for the year.
• Each calendar year we will create a new "training" for you to get your certificate.  The content will vary from year to year!

Go to the community page.  On the right you will find the meetings that we've scheduled.  PLEASE NOTE:  The system automatically records those.  We will stop the recording at the beginning of each session. No one will ever be able to find a recording of a session unless we intentionally set out to record a session (announce it in advance) and share it with people! 

This is a SAFE place for members to discuss what is going on in their program.  We don't care if you are on screen or not (although it is easier to talk with you if you are).

Need to update it?  Simply fill it out AGAIN and we will delete the old entry.  We are putting parents in the drivers seat.  Do they want you to contact them or do they want to contact you?  

All we need to know is the number of new children you get from the referrals so be sure to ask where they heard about you and let us know!

To access this benefit as a basic member you have to upgrade your membership to a Plus or Pro membership.  Go to our membership landing page at:  https://eceaco.mykajabi.com/join-ecea-today and select the level you want.  As you start to pay, you will be offerered CareerPlug as an add on.  Add it and you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your account!

At the same time, ECEA staff will be notified that you added the upgraded membership to your plan.  We will go into your account and terminate the basic plan so that you are not charged for two plans.
